Access to information technology is limited to low-income communities of color. This in turn, limits these communities socially, economically, and politically in the public sphere. So how do we build a future in which broadband is accessible to all communities? This website is a clearinghouse of information that argues for broadband as a public service to communities. It contains articles supporting the establishment of broadband and offers models of universal broadband access in communities across the United States.
