America's Economic Agenda: Women's Voices for Solutions

In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Seneca Falls Convention, a select group of women convened at the White House in 1997 to discuss the future of the women's movement. From this convening, a women-led agenda emerged. This agenda has recommendations in 4 issue areas: economic self-sufficiency, entrepreneurship, health and security, and family and work. In recognizing women's contributions to these issue areas, women can achieve parity with men.
